CELEBRATING CARNIVAL IN EXETER!

On Saturday 26th November 2022 Carnival returned to Exeter after 24 years.

InExeter, the Business Improvement District for Exeter City Centre hosted an illuminated carnival in the heart of Exeter which included light up acts, floats and bands.
